Every day is a slew of interactions, communication, and notifications. It’s exhausting, isn’t it? I don’t want you to think about any of that stuff now. Turn off your notifications. Put on some headphones. Lock yourself away in a place where you can be uninterrupted and alone. I want you to take this time for yourself. I want us to have some special alone time.
